Michael Beach
Before launching Cross Screen Media, Michael Co-Founded Targeted Victory which became one of the most dominant digital agencies in politics with 800+ clients, $260m+ in total revenue and 100+ employees. Recognized as a thought leader in audience-based advertising, Michael launched State of the Screens in 2017. Michael has appeared in several publications such as PBS Frontline, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times.
Pete Sheridan

Pete has led engineering teams working on every significant shift in technology over the past 20 years, from CRM and web-based application development at Oracle, to IT automation and cloud computing at BMC Software, to mobile advertising and big data at Millennial Media (now Oath).  Most recently, Pete served as the CTO of Targeted Victory.
